最近幫一會員處理帳號事宜時,發現他的鎖號訊息係 an unauthorized individual(未允准的號).
這個我頭一次看到.
以往045訊息通常會顯示: 現金交易、外掛或帳號問題...
訊息原文如下:
we have detected that your account may have been accessed by an unauthorized individual. for your security,further access to the account has been blocked until the matter can be resolved. to restore access this account,please contact support and one of our representatives will assist you.
[ 我們查出您的帳號可能被一個未批准的IP 訪問了。為了您的安全,對帳戶進一步鎖定,直到問題可以解決。 要恢復這個帳戶,請與support部門聯繫,我們將有專人協助您。]
在查明那會員帳號資料,他激戰NC號上竟連了5遊戲帳號.
4個自玩號,1個他弟的號.
大家喜愛這遊戲,擁有多個帳號係人之常情. IP 理所當然都會留在諸帳號上.
但問題發生在他連了如此多號,也有了NC號,
卻又給了朋友分享,該死.
在NC號的5個帳號鎖了2個號,當時會長我就口頭同他說:
[ 你登入數號瀕繁,遲早會燒到你主號上,要小心!! ]
這兒不是指責他是否有無現金交易的問題,而係事後他被鎖號訊息在於未批準的號 (CODE 045: an unauthorized individual).
系統可能查出他非本人自己的號而鎖之...
我幫他寫申訴信時,官方回信:

The fastest way for us to help you with your issue is for us to verify the following information. Please provide as much of this information as you can.
-- What first and last name did you use when you created the account?
-- What physical address did you use when you created the account?
-- What date of birth did you use when you created the account?
-- What are all the retail access keys currently registered to your Guild Wars game account? (Please include the retail access keys from each campaign.)

言下之意,這遊戲會紀錄帳號IP. 一旦有異常會先鎖...
自己的帳號自個保管,少用他人帳號,以防遭連鎖. (GW系統已證實會連鎖效應)
今天官方鎖他帳號既係要他提出身份證明,包括遊戲序號(access keys).
身上有多個遊戲帳號的玩家,請保留實體包序號卡或序號,以備不時之需.
且信中要求他提出創號時,所使用的出生日期與住址...
我看了當場傻眼.
留有序號(cd-key)的,我相信將能查核該帳號的合法性.
並且要將序號卡(Serial Card) 正反面拍圖上傳,如此可佐證帳號持有者是不是你.
但多少玩家能保存好序號卡? 丟了? 亦或係根本沒?
不是官方刁難,而是他們機車制度!!
遇到這種045訊息換成是我,可能不知如何是好.

我也有個疑問.
台版的身份證明儲在原代理商 NCT官網那邊.
NCT後來撤代理後,不知有無將我們身份資料一同轉移到美方伺服器?
還是只將帳號轉過去而已? 縱使玩家提出身份證明,美方那有資料可查嗎?
因此遇到這種045,可得大費周章,解釋給官方聽.
罵歸罵,我不得不為那會員報屈了.

My account was come form NCT (NCSOFT-TAIWAN)
NCT website was gone,that you call me how check it ?
Taiwan players account turned on you american server later,NCT website closed.
That account created date of birth on NCT website.
NC Taiwan give up us...
So we only created ncsoft master account and we own.
The created account date of birth details saved on NCT.
How do we get the details ?
And NCT have not agent guild wars now...
Taiwan players only can play it on american guild wars server.
You know it.
So can provide access keys information and i only do it.
You can try it.
Last say the two accounts was come from NCT accounts.
NCSOFT-TAIWAN is very Irresponsible!!
They let many taiwan players play so hard!!
