選擇Purchase Issue(購買問題)
記得主題(Subject)寫上 Game Refunds
填一些帳號基本資料,然後在Description of Issue(說明細節)

簡易英文說您在激戰2官網多買了一產品,要退貨.
I had bought gw2 game in the official store.
Accidentally bought an extra one...
Want to refund it.

記得寫下您:
1. 信卡末4碼(Credit card last 4 digits)
2. 要退款的產品名稱,看您是買哪種?
數位普通版 = Digital Standard Edition
數位豪華版 = Digital Deluxe Edition
數位終極版 = Digital Ultimate Edition

3. 遊戲序號(Serial Code)
4. 該批貨號(Order Number) 這個在您信箱內那個購買成功信 Thank you for pre-purchasing Guild Wars 2! 有寫.
5. 購買時填的信箱(The e-mail address you used when making the purchase)
6. 購買時填的郵遞區號(My postal code)

備註:
1. 由於是您第一封信,先問問題,然後等客服查證再應對較好.
2. 請將客服帳號牢記,下次如需再諮詢時,直接用使用帳號登入,在MY STUFF 看文與回應即可.
